Delivery, payment and returns

Terms of service, delivery and payment methods of the Món Estètic online shop.

This translation is for guidance only. In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.

Service provider

Delivery costs

Món Estètic covers all delivery costs for orders over 50 € (VAT included) to anywhere in mainland Spain (multiple deliveries: please ask). For smaller orders a flat rate of 6 € (VAT included) applies.

For the Balearic Islands there is a flat delivery rate of 14 € (VAT included), regardless of the order amount.

All deliveries include transport insurance and special protective packaging in the price.

Delivery within Spain

We do not ship at weekends. Orders received on Friday before 13:00 will arrive on Monday or Tuesday (except public holidays). All orders placed on Friday after 13:00 will leave our warehouse on Monday and arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday (mainland Spain).

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands are sent by sea and arrive 3 or 4 days after the order is confirmed.

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands.

Delivery

Our courier cannot deliver at an agreed time. In the order notes we can add, for example, “deliver in the morning” or “deliver after 15:30”. To avoid delays, we recommend giving, as far as possible, an address with wide delivery hours, as in some small towns deliveries are only made in the morning or the afternoon, depending on the courier’s route. In any case, the courier does not guarantee a specific time and will not call before delivery. If you need more information, contact us at info@monestetic.com or on 93 265 90 76.

If you are not at home on the delivery day, our courier will leave you a card. Please contact them to arrange a new delivery. If you are not at home for the second delivery either, you can collect the parcel within 7 days from the courier’s premises. monestetic.com is not responsible for the consequences of any delivery delays.

Cash on delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders have an additional charge of 6 € for orders under 100 €. For amounts over 100 €, the surcharge is 5 % of the total.

Exchanges and returns

Any exchange or return must be made within 15 days of the date the order was shipped, according to the dispatch date stamp. Exchanges or returns are only accepted with the complete original packaging, unopened. We cannot accept returns of products that are not in perfect condition or that have been opened or unsealed.

If the value of the new purchase is higher than the original order, the customer must pay the difference when requesting the exchange; if the value of the replacement purchase is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer once we receive the goods and check that everything is in order.
